1. Who processes your data

The controller is Cond365, LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, EIN 7698014, with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States of America.

2. What we collect on this site

This site is a commercial presentation. It has no user area, requires no sign-up, and collects nothing while you browse the slides.

We only collect data when you decide to contact us and fill in the form. At that point we store: the name you give; the WhatsApp number and/or email address you provide; the slide you clicked from; the language you were reading in; and, where present, the campaign parameters in the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the site that referred you.

We do not collect or store your IP address. The submission limit that protects the form against automation lives in memory only, for a few minutes, and none of it is written down.

We use no third-party analytics, advertising or profiling tools on this site.

3. What we use it for

To answer the contact you initiated and carry the sales conversation forward — including preparing a demo or a proposal.

To understand which content draws interest: knowing a contact came from a particular slide or campaign tells us what deserves a better explanation. This is read in aggregate and produces no automated decisions about you.

We do not use your data for behavioural advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

4. On what legal basis

Processing rests on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — you asked to be contacted — and on the legitimate interest of Cond365, LLC in answering those who approach it and in understanding where its enquiries come from.

5. Cookies

This site uses a single cookie, cond365_locale, which remembers the language you picked so the page opens in it next time. It is strictly functional, identifies nobody, and feeds no tracking.

We use no advertising, analytics or social-network cookies. That is why there is no cookie consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

The Cond365 application — the system itself, with a login — uses its own technical cookies, needed to keep you signed in.

6. Who we share it with

The infrastructure provider hosting the site and the database: Hetzner Online GmbH, in its Helsinki data centre, Finland — that is, inside the European Economic Area.

When you choose to talk to us on WhatsApp, the conversation moves to that platform and becomes subject to Meta Platforms' policies as well. That choice is yours and happens outside this site.

Nobody else. There are no data brokers, no ad networks, and no third-party tools watching your visit.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact details while the sales conversation is alive and, after that, for as long as needed to show how and when the contact took place.

Specifically: 24 months from the last contact. Once that period ends, the data is deleted.

You may ask for deletion before that at any time, under the next clause.

8. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected if wrong, to ask for its deletion, to restrict its use, to object to the processing, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, write to app@cond365.app. We answer within the statutory deadline and charge nothing for it.

If you believe we handled the matter poorly, you may complain to the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. Security

Data always travels over an encrypted connection and rests in a restricted database that only the Cond365 team can reach, with authentication.

No system is impregnable, and it would be dishonest to promise otherwise. What we do guarantee is that we collect the minimum — note that we do not even keep your IP — because data that does not exist is the only kind that cannot be exposed.

10. Data processed inside the Cond365 system

This policy covers the cond365.app site. It does not cover data a customer processes inside the Cond365 application — issues, residents, documents, conversations.

In that relationship Cond365 acts as processor for the customer, who is the controller, and the rules live in the services agreement and its data processing agreement.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we change the last-updated date at the top of this page too. Earlier versions are available on request.
